William Ford

Passed away on February 27, 2020. Bill was born in Kalamazoo on October 25, 1941, the son of Raymond and Viola (Courtney) Ford. He was very family-oriented and loved hi cat Checkers. He enjoyed having a drink with his brother. Bill was very particular about his yard. He always did it himself. He was preceded in death by 4 babies and 2 sisters: Linda and Virginia. Bill is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sharon having married her November 25, 1961. Also surviving is a daughter: Penny & Phil Attwood, 4 grandsons: Paul, Clifford, Andrew and Daniel, Great-granddaughter Julianna, siblings: Sandy Hiscock of Cadillac, Susie & Bill Turrell, Beverly & Richard Hiser, Raymond & Rose Ford, Patricia & Jerry Maatman, several nieces & nephews. Friends will be received Monday from 6 until 8 pm at the Redmond Funeral Home, where services will be held Tuesday at 1 pm, Rev. Fr. Larry Farrell Officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's or Shriner's Children's Hospitals.
