Walter Dahlman

Mr. Walter Dahlman, age 81, passed away Friday, March 7, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer. Walter was born in Chicago, Illinois. He was a graduate of the University of Kansas at Lawrence, and achieved the rank of LTJG in the Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Ethel Dahlman; and his siter, Alice Janke. Surviving him are Elaine, his wife of 57 years; daughters, Susan, Barbara and Lisa; extended family members, and his best friend, John Schaefer. Walter was a kind and giving husband, father and friend, who will be deeply missed by all. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Faith Hospice for their compassionte care.
