Vonnie Vos

Vos, Vonnie 9/15/1938 - 7/20/2020 Portage, Michigan Vonnie Dean Vos, (Thompson) Age 81 of Portage, Mi died Monday July 20th at Glen Arbor Hospice in Battle Creek, Mi after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was born September 15th, 1938 in Kalamazoo, Mi, Daughter of Otto and Hazel Thompson. Vonnie was a beloved Daughter, Sister, Mother, Wife, Aunt and Grandmother. Vonnie was a devoted Jehovah's Witness and enjoyed attending meetings and sharing in field service when she was able. She enjoyed spending time with her five grand children and travelling when she had the chance. She love to crochet and knit, she had made blankets for everyone in the family. Vonnie was preceded in death by her husband, John O. Vos, age 45 in November, 1983 and Her brothers Norman and Richard as well as her mother Hazel and father Otto. She is survived by her four children, Lorrie Vos of Kalamazoo, Mi. John A. Vos of Kalamazoo, Mi. Scott Vos of Cleveland, Tn. and Craig Vos of Portage, Mi.
