Victor D. Manley, 75, of Vicksburg, passed away September 7, 2015. Vic was born November 30, 1939 in Vicksburg to Harold and Rose Manley. He was an avid motorcyclist, hunter, and fisherman. He is survived by his wife Norma J. Manley, his three daughters, Tina Warner (Rusty, Orlando, Florida), Rose Jablonski (Larry, Three Rivers, Michigan), and Jennifer Cassel (Shane, Vicksburg, Michigan), seven grandchildren, and sister, Joyce Keyes (Roger, Vicksburg). Vic was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Harold Jr. "Bud" Manley and Robert Manley. The memorial service was held at Vic's home church of Chapman Memorial Church of the Nazarene (Vicksburg). Those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Chapman Memorial Church of the Nazarene and/or the Indian Lake Nazarene Campground.
