McNees, Timothy L. 4/27/1966 - 11/26/2016 Willow Grove, PA Chief Timothy L. McNees. 50. Willow Grove, PA. Saturday. Unexpectedly. Born 4/27/1966 in Kalamazoo, MI. Attended Otsego High School where he excelled in baseball and football graduating in 1984. He also attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College. He was currently attending college for a degree in gunsmthing. He served in the United States Navy for 23 years retiring as a Chief. He traveled to many countries during his years of service. Tim's hobbies were fishing, boating, hunting and shooting. He was president and safety officer for a local shooting range. Preceded in death by his brother, Rob, in 1993, and his father, Roger McNees, in 1994. He is survived by his mother, Patti (Ron) Peck, his wife, Denise McNees. Also his four sons and their wives; Todd and Ashley, Timmy and Gina, Jon and Avi, and Michael, and two granddaughter and two grandsons. A funeral service was held in Willow Grove, PA on December 1, 2016. Full military honors will take place at a later date. Donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans . ....Fly on Chief....
