Shawn McComb Sr.

MCCOMB - Shawn M. McComb Sr. (aka "Big Daddy", "Shamoo"), age 42, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away January 13, 2010 after suffering a severe stroke January 10, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Val; his son, Shawn Jr.; and his mother, Carolyn. He was preceded in death by his father, Ron. Shawn's pride in life was his family, his son, Shawn he was so proud of and loved to watch him race his dirtbike, and his love for his mother, Carolyn and his wife, Val had no bounds. Shawn adored Thor and will miss walking him on Cayman's beaches. Shawn was a shrewd, prideful construction general manager who racked up unbelievable accomplishments in the five years he lived abroad. Shawn's Nawrot and McComb relatives will dearly miss him especially Eric and Amy, Kim and Mary. Valerie's family will sadly miss her 'right hand' man/soul mate, everyone loved Big Daddy!
