Jeffrey, Scott Franklin of Delton, MI Scott, age 62, co-owner of The Dock At Bayview overlooking Gull Lake, died unexpectedly Friday afternoon, February 5, 2106 at The University of Michigan Hospital, Ann Arbor following a brief illness. The Memorial Service to celebrate Scott's life will be held on Saturday, February 20th at 11:00 a.m. at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Richland Chapel, 9170 East D Avenue (M-89). Scott's family will greet friends on Friday evening at the funeral home. Family and friends will continue Scott's life celebration immediately following the Service with a time of fellowship and a luncheon at The Dock At Bayview, 12504 East D Avenue, Richland, MI 49083.
