Dodgson , Sally Jean (Clancy) 11/6/1932 - 5/14/2022 Richland, Michigan Sally Jean (Clancy) Dodgson, of Richland, MI passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 14th, 2022. She was born November 6, 1932 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to William L. and Bernice Clancy who have preceded her in death. Sally led a fulfilling life as a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Sally was married to Lewis A. Dodgson for 56 years until his death in 2010. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Lory Ann Fish; a sister, Molly Ann Howard; and a brother William L. Clancy Jr. Surviving are daughters, Sue (Tim) Davidson of Colorado, Linda Engle of Richland, and Lou Ann (Bill) Beeke of Richland; thirteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 18th at the St. Ann Catholic Church, 12648 East D Avenue, Augusta, MI 49012 with Father David Pinto, Celebrant and Deacon Michael A. Carl, Assisting. Interment will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery, Richland. Family and friends will continue Sally's life celebration with a time of fellowship and a luncheon immediately following the committal in the Church Social Hall. Sally's family will greet friends on Tuesday, May 17th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Richland Chapel 9170 East D Avenue (M-89), where the Parish Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sally's honor may be directed to the Gull Lake Community Schools Foundation, 10100 East D Avenue, Richland, MI 49083 or the St. Ann Catholic Church, 12648 East D Avenue, Augusta, MI 49012.
