Renee Walker

Renee L. Walker, age 45, of Kalamazoo, MI passed away unexpectedly at home on August 8, 2016. Renee was born on October 11, 1970 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Raymon and Bonnie Walker. She was proud of the many years she was employed at Pfizer as a Project Manager. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and her pride and joy, her dog Lilly. Surviving is a daughter, Shelby (Chris Raybeck) Butler of Kalamazoo; son, John Butler of Kalamazoo; father, Raymon (Ginny) Walker of Baldwin; brother, Rick (Pat) Walker of Richland; sister, Rhonda (Alex) Kienitz of Plainwell; maternal grandmother, Florence Jones of Wayland; and granddaughter, Paige; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; former husband Michael Butler. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Walker. Friends will be received 5-8 pm Thursday August 11, 2016 at Parchment Redmond Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to help cover funeral expenses.
