Raymond A. Riefler

Ray Riefler of Cadillac passed away Tuesday, May 20th at Munson Medical Center. He was 92.

Ray was born in Fort Meyers, VA. He married June Woodward in 1941 in Ferndale, MI. She preceded him in death in 2010. They resided in the Cadillac area since 1995. Ray enjoyed his time and friends at Kirkland Terrace apartments, where he resided the last four years. He was very proud to be a World War II and Korea veteran.

Ray is survived by his children, Raymond Riefler Jr. (Shige) of N. Las Vegas, NV, Lorraine Maniex of Shelby Twp. MI, Shirley Anderson of Hanover, MD, and Steve Riefler (Dianne) of Manton, MI. He has 8 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.

Cremation has taken place and there are no services planned at this time. Arrangements are being handled by Life Story Funeral Home in Traverse City, MI. Thoughts and prayers may be left at www.lifestorynet.com.
