Mrs. Phyllis J. Telder aged 85, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018. She was preceded in death by her step-son, Gregory; step-great-grandson, Casey; and special friend, Barbara Cole. Phyllis is survived by her husband, William; step-children, Rick and Paula Telder, Debbie and Ross Thomas, and Cheryl and Bill Bozewinkle; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Marlene (Gary) Whittemore, Luella Rose and JoAnn Telder. A heartfelt thank you to the caring staff of Spectrum Health Hospice and Butterworth 5 North. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at First Evangelical Covenant Church, 1933 Tremont NW. Friends and family will gather from 6-8 PM on Wednesday at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, 2120 Lake Michigan Dr. NW and on Thursday at church for one hour prior to the service.
