It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Patricia Ann Walker, Age 62, of Richland, MI passed peacefully on April 24, 2024. Pat was born Sept 24th, 1961 in Kalamazoo,MI daughter to Peter and Mary Thysse.

Pat married her high school sweetheart Rick Walker, on August 4, 1984 and they enjoyed over 40 years together. She lived a life full of adventure and joy, always with her loving husband by her side. Together they traveled the world, went skydiving, and embraced life's every moment with courage and laughter.

Pat's pride and joy was her family. Pat is survived and greatly loved by her husband Rick Walker, son Rick (Jessica) Walker, daughter Heather (Dan) Grimm, and her grandchildren children Cora & Harrison Walker, and Benjamin & Mason Grimm. She is also survived by her siblings.

Pat was always a source of comfort and support to her family. From the early days when her children were young, to the proud moments watching her grandchildren, she was there. Her dedication to being there, for every goal scored, every award received, and every milestone achieved, was a testament to her deep love and unwavering support for her family's dreams and achievements.

She was the heart of every gathering, her hands crafting not just food from scratch but memories that would last a lifetime. She was well known for hosting the best gatherings.

Pat was kind and generous selflessly placing the needs of others before her own. Her generosity and kindness was prominent and she was cherished by all who knew her. Her actions were guided by an unwavering commitment to those she held dear, and her presence was a source of comfort and strength.

Pat proudly dedicated decades of service to Custer, Inc. where her contributions were invaluable. Her work ethic and integrity will leave a lasting impact.

Pat had a rare gift, the ability to listen and understand, and she always had an answer for everyone's questions. If you had a problem Pat knew the solution.

Pat was a blessing to have in your life. We take solace in knowing that her legacy will live on through the lives she touched. She was truly one of a kind, and though she has left this earth her spirit will forever live on in our hearts.

Her family invites those that knew and loved Pat to join us for a memorial to celebrate Pat's life at Winkel Funeral Home in Otsego, MI on Monday April 29th, 2024. Visitation starts at 10am with a memorial service at 11:30am.
