O'sullivan-Toole, Mrs. Patricia A. Kalamazoo, MI Died Sunday morning March 3, 2019. Patricia was born November 25, 1931 in New York City, NY a daughter of Daniel and Bertha (Beinart) O'Sullivan. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident since 1970 and was employed with the Upjohn Company for over 30 years, retiring in 1992. Patricia was also a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Danny and Eugene O'Sullivan, step son Kevin Toole and her husband, John V. Toole Jr. on May 24, 2017. She is survived by a step daughter, Gerriann (Doug) VanderHorst of Kalamazoo; Michael (Marybeth) Toole, Jack (Zadie) Toole, Patrick Toole, Ted (Carrie) Toole, and daughter in law Candace Toole-Quisenberry. Grandchildren Erin (Tyler) Horton, Derek (Kendall) VanderHorst, Stephen (Brandy) Toole, Mike (Kristen) Toole, Jason (Vanessa) Toole, Meg Toole, Hannah Toole, Andy Toole, Taylor Toole, Rachel Toole, and Ryan Toole. Several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Private graveside services will be held in Fort Custer National Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
