Surrounded by her loving family, Patricia Ann Bower, age 85, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at her residence. Patricia was born in Racine, May 13, 1930, daughter of the late Charles and Alva (Nee: Harder) Loughan.

She was a graduate of St. Catherine’s “Class of 1949” and attended Dominican College. On March 25, 1950 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church she was united in marriage to Harry Jensen Jr. who preceded her in death, December 12, 1983. Pat was employed for twenty-five years by Racine Die Casting, later known as Ganton Technologies, retiring in 1994. She was a longtime member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church and past member and union president of the UAW 180. An avid reader, Pat also enjoyed traveling around the world. She will be fondly remembered as a loving, devoted mother and grandmother who cherished time spent with her family.

She will be dearly missed by her children, Karen Kashian, Marc (Rhonda) Jensen, Debra Felton, Danne (Gretchen) Jensen, Guy Jensen, Dean (Angie) Jensen, all of Racine; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Loughan, Jackie Loughan, both of Racine; sisters-in-law, Carol, Gourlay, Lori Loughan, Evie Loughan; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her daughter, Beth Kjell; son-in-law, Ricky Kashian; and brothers, Charles, Joseph (Gail), Arthur (Sue), and Bernard.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 13, 2016, 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Saturday at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 A.M. Private interment will be held at West Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association have been suggested.
