Norma Mae "Curly" Stafford died on June 12, 202, at the age of 96. Norma was born on May 17, 1928, in Niles, to William Irving and Julia Ellen (Miars) Stafford. She was a well-known and beloved professor and aquatics coach at Western Michigan University. There will be a Celebration of Life for Norma at a later date.
