Natalie Lagoni

Natalie passed away at home, Monday morning, May 18, 2020. Natalie was born on February 4, 1937 in Bloomingdale, MI, to Nathaniel and Evah (Brown) Mooy. She spent her childhood in Marcellus, MI. Natalie attended Western Michigan College in Kalamazoo, MI. On February 15, 1958, she was united in marriage to her loving husband Ray Lagoni. Natalie was an active member of Second Reformed Church, and a mentor for Kid's Hope. She was a supporter of the KIA, and the SPCA. Natalie was a great cook, and enjoyed playing Bridge for many years. Natalie worked for The UpJohn Company, and spent most of her career at The W.E. UpJohn Institute. Natalie is survived by her husband Ray of 62 years, her daughters, Becky (Dan) Jakubowski, Katy Lagoni; 4 grandchildren, Max, Miles, Lars, and Leda; her sister Susan (Glenn) Cherup, and her brother John (Wendy) Mooy. A private family graveside memorial will be held in the Grand Prairie Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the SPCA or Second Reformed Church.
