Nancy Houghtaling

Nancy Houghtaling, age 59, of Kalamazoo, MI passed away October 21, 2017. Nancy was born in Kalamazoo, on April 24, 1958 the daughter of Robert and Doris (Burgess) Houghtaling. Nancy graduated Suma Cum Laude in mechanical engineering from Western Michigan University. She was a mechanical engineer at Upjohn then Kellogg's. She was a member of Women in Engineering. Nancy is survived by her husband Donald McLain whom she married in 1999 at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas. Also surviving are 2 step daughters: Kelly Golichowski and Kim Cornue both of Portage, MI; 4 step grandchildren, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Services will be held at Redmond Funeral Home, 4100 S. Westnedge, 343-6156 Wednesday October 25, 2017. Visitation from 11:30 to 1:30, Services immediately following. Burial will be at Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park North after services.
