Mike Stafford, age 75 of Plainwell passed away peacefully on August 12, 2015 at his home. Mike was born on July 9, 1940 to Robert & Maxine (Kelso) Stafford. Visit with his family and friends on Tuesday, August 18 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Life Story Funeral Home, Plainwell; 120 Woodhams St. (685-5881). A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the same location. Mike’s family includes his wife of 15 years, Nona; his children: Patrick Stafford of Plainwell, Krista (Rick) Boomers of Wyoming Mi; step-children: David (Liza) Hoard, Kristen (Tim Baker) Hoard; his sister Vicki Nelson; 2 grandchildren: Shawn and Stephanie; nieces and nephews: Melissa, Travis, Levi and Kodi. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife: Janis and his sister Judy. Memorial donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Plainwell Missions.
