May Jeanette Aernouts, age 85, of Holland and formerly of Hopkins, died on Saturday March 20, 2010 at Resthaven Care Center in Holland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Aernouts in 1993, and also her granddaughter, Ashley Rose and great-granddaughter, Lena Rae.
She is survived by her very special friend, Barry Van Koevering; her daughters, Joan and Alan Heslinga of Hopkins and Linda and William Brown of Allegan; her grandchildren, Anita Hall, Wally (Tracy) Hall, Joe (Amy) Aernouts, Nieko Hall, Isaac Heslinga, Jaime (Chad) Sauer, Melanie Heslinga; and her great-grandchildren, Jay & Sam; Joseph, Ethan & Alyiva; Nicholas; Amanda & Shila; Kamarie, Keegan & Jaiden; Elijah & Isaiah; Jonas & Noah.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Tuesday March 23, 2010 at the Downtown Chapel, Dykstra Funeral Homes, 29 East 9th Street with Rev. Leigh Van Kempen officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the Downtown Chapel.
Burial will take place in Salem Township Cemetery.
