Mark Daniel Weirick passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 8th at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan after suffering a brain aneurysm, he was surrounded by his family.
Mark is survived by his wife of 33 years, Laura Weirick, his four children, Christin (Raymond) Scarff, Nicholas (Dorie) Weirick, Daniel Weirick, Claire Weirick and many cousins, nieces, nephews and downtown Kalamazoo friends who we know will continue to live out his legacy.
A celebration of his life will be held at First United Methodist Church of Kalamazoo (212 S Park st.) on Saturday, September 21st. Visitation from 11:00-12:00 and then a service at 12:00. Followed by an opportunity to raise a toast to Mark at one of his local hangouts, the Greentop Tavern around 1:00.
