Marion McKnight

Marion Virginia (Neilson) McKnight, age 99, passed away at Friendship Village Kalamazoo on Tuesday June 18, 2024. She was born in LA Porte, IN on July 28, 1924, the daughter of Pauline (Hay) Neilson and John Neilson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Carl J. McKnight; her daughter, Nancy McKnight; son, Richard McKnight; grandchildren, Molly and Ted McKnight; and step-father, Herbert Franke. She is survived by sons, Brian (Linda) McKnight of Greenville, MI, Daniel (Linda) McKnight of Sun City, AZ, John (Lourelle) McKnight of Caledonia, MI, and William McKnight of Reno, NV; daughter-in-law, Gail McKnight of Novi, MI; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Marion was a beloved mother and cookie grandma. She was a good and faithful servant of the Lord, and had a long life well lived. Memorial arrangements are to be determined at a future date.
