Lois passed away Thursday, January 18, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family. Lois was born November 21, 1937 in Plainwell, the daughter of Alonzo and Lucille (Monroe) Mottor and has lived the majority of her life in the Grand Junction area. She enjoyed crocheting and reading and she was a member of the Bangor Church of Christ. She was married June 13, 1959 to Marvin Landers and they had 3 children. Surviving are her 3 children, Doug (Dianna) Landers of Lawrence, Alan (Julie) Landers of Grand Junction, Jayne Landers of Bangor; 2 granddaughters, Lucy (Elizabeth) Griego-Carter, Kathryn (Mark) Hills; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Elaine Wallace, Donna (Jim) Summerville; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin; grandson, David Landers; sister, Eva Mottor; brother, Ed Mottor; and her parents. The family will meet friends from 4-6 PM Monday, January 22, 2024 at the Bangor Chapel, D. L. Miller Funeral Home, where the funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, with Pastor Duane Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Breedsville Cemetery.
