Otten, Leon 9/13/1946 - 10/9/2020 Surprise Arizona Leon Richard Otten Age 74 Surprise AZ Leon Otten, 74 of Surprise Arizona, passed away unexpectedly on October 9, 2020. Leon was born on September 13, 1946 in Kalamazoo to the late Donald and Mary Otten. Leon graduated from Gobles Public School in 1964. He was employed by The Upjohn Company/Pharmacia and retired in 1998 with 19 years of service. Leon is survived by his sister, Caren of Surprise AZ.
