Larry Hodgman

Larry passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 at his home in Otsego. He was born March 30, 1947 in Kalamazoo the son of Mylon and Rachel (Strong) Hodgman. He had worked at Jarvis Pemco for 40 years. Larry was a handyman and enjoyed using his skills to help anyone in need. He also enjoyed repairing small engines, fishing, collecting coins and having coffee with his brother. On June 27, 1970 in Otsego at the First Baptist Church he married Glenda Hall who survives. Also surviving are his son, Josh Patrick of Otsego; grandchildren, Gracie, Lexi and Aaron; siblings, Ron Hodgman of Otsego, Bernie Hodgman of Alabama, Rose (Dan) Keyes of Kalamazoo and Hank "Henry" Hodgman of Allegan; several nieces and nephews and his close friend, Rick Hiemstra. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Edward Hodgman, sister, Diane Hodgman and niece, Kelly Hodgman. Friends may visit with Larry's family from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M., Friday November 1, 2019 at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, November 2, 2019 with Pastor Kevin Smith officiating.
