Kevin Ostrowski

Kevin Glenn Ostrowski Born September 5, 1954 Died April 28, 2016.

Kevin was Born in Lincoln Park, Michigan, but had close ties to the Traverse City area from his grandparents Glenn and Gladys Snyder and his Mother, Shirley M (Snyder) Deniston, who proceeded him in death on September 6, 2014.

Kevin moved to be with his family in Traverse City in 1969.

He went to Traverse City Senior High School & then went to New York City to study Photography and after that he returned to the Traverse City area.

Following a tradition that his stepfathers family started in the 1800's, Kevin enlisted into the U. S. Marine Corp on June 9, 1975 where he achieved the rank of Lance Cpl, then he was injured on the job and was given a Medical Honorable discharge in December 1976.

Kevin then returned back to Traverse City where he went to Northwestern Michgan College for Electronics.

Kevin was offered a position with the Turtle Creek Casino in August 1979 where he worked as an Electronics Tech until he was diagnosed with cancer, February of 2016.

Kevin enjoyed fishing & woodworking and nature walking on his property.

He leaves behind wife, Debbie Ostrowski; two sons, Michael and Kyle Ostrowski of Traverse City; brother, Mark Kadrovac of Indiana and step-father, William Deniston of Grawn.
