Merckel, Kenneth 3/24/1938 - 1/7/2022 Mayville Kenneth Edgar Merckel, age 83 of Mayville, MI passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022 at home with his family by his side. Kenneth had a passion for the Great Lakes and was a MSSFA member of both the Thumb and State Chapters and was a past president and chapter representative. He was appointed to the Great Lakes Fishery Commission and was a voting member of the Lake Huron Citizens Fishery Advisory Committee.
