Kathy Lynn Kreg, age 63 passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the home of her daughter Rhea Terburg, surrounded by her Children. She was born in Fort Hood, Texas on March 19, 1955, the daughter of Arlen and Marilyn (Currier) Kreg. She and Gary Terburg had two Children Rhea & Onawa. Kathy was a woman that was ahead of her time. She had a brilliant mind and found her calling as a teacher of holistic health and medical message therapy, healing many along the way. Teaching and spending time with her family gave her great joy. She was a strong advocate for many causes and dedicated much of her time to researching, learning and finding the truth on matters she was passionate about. She was a vibrant woman who loved adventure. When she was a younger woman, her adventures lead her to sailing the seas of the Caribbean; Spending time on several islands. Kathy took on any challenge that came her way and forged her own path in life. She loved many things Cooking, Music, Laughter, Poetry, Painting, Crafts, Gardening, Seminars, Books, Rocks and Gems. She was especially proud of her extensive book and rock collections. Kathy was a collector of many things and if you needed something, you could possibly find it by cruising though her garages! She was preceded in death by her Father Arlen Kreg. Grandparents Clyde Kreg, Asa & Elvena Currier, Gladys & Lloyd Lyons and her Aunt Gayle Smelker. She's survived by Her Mother Marilyn Kreg of Kalamazoo MI. Children Rhea Terburg of Richland MI, Onawa Terburg of Kalamazoo MI. Grandchildren Caleb Howe, John Howe, Cora Howe, Clara Closson. Sister Susan (James) Peterson. Brother Steven Kreg. Nephews Nicholas Peterson and Kevin Kreg. Kathy also had 5 Aunts and Uncles and many Cousins. According to her wishes, cremation will take place and the family will have a celebration of her life on July 6th, 2018 at 6p.m. At Radiant Church in Richland, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses c/o Joldersma & Klein funeral Home.
