Karen Lefforge

Passed away at home Tuesday, January 12, 2021 surrounded by her family. Karen was born on August 18, 1958 in Petoskey, Michigan to the late John and Nancy Denemy. On July 29, 2000 Karen married Michael Lefforge, who she shared the rest of her life with. During her working years, Karen did many things for work. Something that stood out in her time working was the time she spent as a florist. Karen is survived by her husband Michael; her son Shawn Boger; stepchildren Michaelyn Tackett and Morgan Davies; brothers John (Pamela) Denemy, Jr. and Ronald (Sherry) Denemy; her sister Kathy Denemy; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceding her in passing are her parents and brother Donald Denemy. The family has made arrangements for cremation to take place and there is no service scheduled at this time.
