June Marie Klanderman (Nee: Lemmer), age 94, went home to be with her Lord & Savior on Sunday, February 9, 2025. Born to Edward & Senna (Stuit) Lemmer in Kalamazoo, MI, she first worked at the Upjohn Co. & loved her job for many years at VanDerSalms Flower Shop as a floral designer. She resided there until moving to Raybrook Manor, Grand Rapids in 2006.
June was a wonderful woman with an amazing zest for life. She loved everyone unconditionally and her Lord, Jesus Christ above all. She never wanted any attention on herself, simply lived a life of faith, joy & love! We are so thankful for her life & now celebrate her going home to Jesus!
June was predeceased by her loving husband of 42 years, William Woltersom in 1992; her loving husband, Lambert Van Andel in 2005; her son, James (Judy) Woltersom, in 2020 and her grandson, Joshua Woltersom, in 2023.
June is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, Bruce Klanderman; her children, Patricia (Doug) Veenstra of N. Haledon, NJ and Nancy (Dan) Kroeze of Wyoming, MI; her 9 grandchildren, her 17 great grand children and many stepchildren and step grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 8 at the Raybrook Chapel, 2121 Raybrook Street, SE, Grand Rapids, MI. Visitation will be held at 10am, service at 11am & luncheon following.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in June's memory to the Holland Home or Faith Hospice. We are very grateful to all these care givers for the wonderful love & attention given to June.
