Julie DeCamp

Julie Ann DeCamp, age 51, of Gobles, MI passed away Saturday morning August 22, 2015. Julie was born August 1, 1964 in Gardena, CA the daughter of Lyndel and Barbara Johnson. She was employed with Bloomingdale Communications for the past several years. Julie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed singing karaoke, loved dancing and was known to always be happy with a smile on her face. On May 17, 2002 Julie was united in marriage to her loving husband Cary DeCamp, who survives. Also surviving are her children, Morgan (Joshua) Shue, Christian DeCamp, Casey DeCamp, Cody DeCamp, Leslie (Travis) Verile, Jaimee (Justin) St. Clair; 7 grandchildren, Lennox, Kenny, Colton, Karson, Kaidan, Olivia, and Owen; her father, Lyndel Johnson; her mother, Barbara (Harold) Morgan; sister and brothers, Linda (Miles) Fifer, Michael (Tracy) King, Scott (Jody) Johnson; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 11:30am Thursday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street with Rev. Dan Duncan officiating. Interment will follow in Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Friends may meet the family Wednesday evening from 6-8pm at the Westside Chapel. Following the committal at Ft. Custer there will be a luncheon hosted by Julie's employer, Bloomingdale Communications at 2:30 (101 W. Kalamazoo St. Bloomingdale, MI 49096). Memorials may be directed to Julie's Go Fund Me page.
