Joy Ter Horst

Joy R. Ter Horst, 74, of Holland, died Friday, Jan. 14, 2005 at Zeeland Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard, in 1976 and a grandson, Caleb John Ter Horst, in 1984. She was a member of Pillar Christian Reformed Church. She is survived by her children Brenda Ter Horst of Holland, Linda and John Hulst of Zeeland, Sandy and Michael Berg of Rockford, Michael and Sharon Ter Horst of Holland, Scott and Patricia Ter Horst of Holland and Brian and Sandy Ter Horst of Royal Palm Beach, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother Larry and Laura Jones of Chicago; in-laws Katherine and Kirby De Feyter of Holland, Thelma and Warren Bosman and Jean Ter Horst of Holland. Funeral services are 7 p.m. Monday at the Pillar Christian Reformed Church, 57 E. 10th St., with the Rev. Dick Stravers officiating. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Notier-Ver Lee-Langeland Funeral Chapel, 315 East 16th St., Holland. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the American Lung Association or the Hospice House of Holland.
