John Michels

MICHELS - Mr. John Henry Michels, age 90, of Caledonia, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, May 31, 2010. John was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Mike Lash. He will be missed by his wife of 63 years, Nancy Jean Michels. John also leaves behind his children, Cathy Lash, Robert and Varin Michels, Jacquie and Dennis Ziebell, John E. and Janet Michels, Tim and Patty Michels, Laura Michels; 18 loving grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held Wednesday from 12:00 (noon) to 2:00 p.m. at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel. A private family committal will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Please join the family for a memorial service Wednesday 4:00 p.m. at Thornapple Evangelical Covenant Church (6595 Cascade Rd. SE) with Rev. Rob Peterson officiating.
