Jacquelyn Nowrocki

Nowrocki, Jacquelyn Portage, Michigan Jacquelyn D. Nawrocki, age 85 of Portage, died at home under hospice care on December 5, 2020. She was born on March 1, 1935, along with her sister Marilyn, the daughters of Everett and Leona (Lund) Johnson. Jacquelyn was a 1953 graduate of Ottawa Hills High School. On October 25, 1958, she married Bernard "Bob" Nawrocki. They were charter members of St. Catherine of Siena's Catholic Parish. Jacquelyn worked as an office manager of Blue Cross Blue Shield and later at Upjohn Company. Her greatest love was caring for her family and having a warm and comforting home. Her family includes her children Joni (Jerry) Campbell, Sandy Trumblee, and Greg Nawrocki; her grandchildren: Nick Nawrocki, Abby Nawrocki, and Garrett Trumblee; and several nieces and nephews. Jacquelyn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bob in 2010, and her twin sister and best friend Marilyn Morrissey in 2019. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church with an interment at South Portage Cemetery.
