Age 94 of Kalamazoo passed away peacefully Thursday morning, September 4, 2025. Jackie was born in Chicago, IL, on July 27, 1931, the daughter of James and Alice (Manarik) Mann. Jackie was baptized into the Christian faith as Roman Catholic. She graduated from Nazareth High School in 1949 and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She lived her entire life as a devoted Catholic. Jackie loved flowers, especially geraniums. She worked for many years at Addressograph Multigraph, United Kennel Club and Borgess Hospital where she was a registration clerk. In her spare time, she loved travelling. Jackie was an avid Notre Dame fan and liked watching Nascar. Nothing was more important to her than her family. She loved spending time with them. Her passion was raising her children and making sure they were well provided for. Jackie is survived by her children, Rick Sanfilippo and Tony Sanfilippo, both of Kalamazoo; grandchildren, Sara (David) McGruder, Kendalyn Sanfilippo, Garry Sanfilippo; brother, Greg Mann; and many friends. Jackie was preceded in death by her husbands, Antonio Sanfilippo and Gerald Waldon; an infant son, Antonio Sanfilippo Jr.; her parents; brothers, James Mann and Frank Mann. The Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. noon at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 939 Charlotte Ave., Kalamazoo. Friends may call on the family one hour prior to the service at the church beginning at 11:00 a.m. and following the graveside service. Jackie will be laid to rest at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
