Jacqueline Jean Austin, age 90, of Delton passed away peacefully on February 21, 2020 at her son's home in Hickory Corners. Jacqueline was born on January 14, 1930 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Blaine and Lucille (Holmes) Barnes. Jacqueline enjoyed gardening, quilting, camping, and going out to eat at her favorite restaurant, Ten Ten. In her younger years, Jaqueline and her husband, Charles, loved square and round dancing, and going garage saling. Jacqueline is survived by her son: Charles (Mary Lou) Austin, four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and sister in law: Carol Weissner. Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son: Stanley Austin; daughter: Sandra (Fred) Wolf; and brother: Robert Barnes. The family would like to thank Elara Caring Hospice for their care of Jacqueline. Private family services were held at Mount Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
