Ilah M. Neal, age 83, of Kalamazoo formerly of Battle Creek, MI passed away quietly on August 17, 2016. A committal service will take place at Ft. Custer National Cemetery on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM, where she will be laid to rest with her late husband (those planning to attend should arrive at the cemetery by 1:45 PM and meet in the funeral assembly area.
