Harry Hicks

Harry passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at his home in Martin. He was born April 7, 1937 the son of Evington and Rita (Wiggins) Hicks. Harry was a truck driver for Bender/Loudon for over 30 years and had also worked at ForeWay for several years. In his spare time he enjoyed oil painting, golfing, fishing especially from the pier in South Haven, gardening and playing softball and baseball in his younger years. Surviving are his children Terri (Dan) Lott of Martin, Becky Predum Hicks of Plainwell, Dan (Renae) Hicks of Virginia and Diana Krogmann of Wayland; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sister-in-law, Sheila Hicks and nephew David M. Hicks. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son in 1962 and brother, David A. Hicks. A private graveside service will be held at Hillside Cemetery in Plainwell.
