Harold Kransi

KRANSI - Harold Arne Kransi, 93, formerly of Beulah and Traverse City, passed away on December 17, 2010. He was preceded in death by his son, Marine L/CPL Ronald T. Kransi, who lost his life as a result of wounds suffered in the Vietnam War. Harold served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. Harold was a retiree of the Michigan Department of Conservation. He served as a Conservation Officer for over 35 years, with most of those years in Benzie County. Harold and his wife of 70 years, Luella (Griffin), moved to Lowell in March 2005. Along with Luella, he is survived by his sons, Harold Jr. (Sandy), Roger (Debby); daughters, Karen Donahue (Dan), and Kaye Wright (Owen). Harold has ten grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
