Gary Shoemaker

Shoemaker, Gary Louis Gary Louis Shoemaker, age 70, passed away July 9, 2021. He was born May 16, 1951 in Jackson, Michigan to the late Gerald L. and Catherine W. (Muir) Shoemaker. Gary had a great love of cars and was the proprietor of Shoemaker's Garage in Kalamazoo for 30 years before retiring in 2016. He enjoyed gardening and was an HO model train hobbyist. He is survived by his wife, Connie L. (Hitchcock) Shoemaker; daughter, Amanda (Jeremy) Anderson; granddaughters, Eva and Lucy Anderson; Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
