Gary D. Fox, age 56, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, March 14, 2016 at Wheaton Franciscan – All Saints Medical Center. Gary was born in Racine, April 2, 1959, son of the late Peter and Lillian (Nee: Poelman) Fox.

Gary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology and Masters degree in Finance at UW-Parkside. On May 24, 1986 he was united in marriage to Jane Martin. He was employed by Henkel Corporation for twenty-nine years as an executive sales officer. Gary was a member of the Harbor Lite Yacht Club, Deutcher Männer Verein, and Society Automotive Engineers. An avid outdoorsman, Gary enjoyed golfing and fishing.

He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of thirty years, Jane; his brother, Dan (Dawn) Fox of Racine; mother-in-law, Peggy Martin of Racine; brothers-in-law, Jeff (Mary) Martin of Delafield, James (Kathleen) Martin of Racine; nephews and nieces, Peter Fox, Sean Fox, Erin (Andy) Warmus, Drew and Bryce Martin, Matthew (Karie) Martin, Patrick Martin; great nieces and nephews, Kenzie, Callan, Kaden, and Ella; special friend, Scott Floyd who was like a brother to him; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Robert Martin; and stepmother, Carol Hall Fox.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, March 21, 2016, 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Monday at the funeral home from 9:30 A.M. until time of service at 12:00 P.M. Memorials to Junior Masters have been suggested.

Gary’s family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to Wheaton Franciscan ICU staff for their loving and compassionate care.
