With his family by his side, Gary Allen Brown, age 76, passed away on Friday morning, March 15, 2024 at Ascension All Saints Medical Center. Gary was born in Racine on July 21, 1947, son of the late Alva and Charlotte (nee: Beyer) Brown.

Gary was a proud graduate of Tomah High School “Class of 1965” and later earned a degree in Mechanical Design from Gateway Technical College. He was employed with Twin Disc, Golden Books and then Mound Avenue Business Center. Gary was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. He was a dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus, where he served as Grand Knight of Council 697, Faithful Navigator of the 4th Degree Assembly 1207, District Deputy, and Honor Guard Commander. In his spare time, Gary enjoyed fishing and cooking, especially smoking meats. He will be remembered for his many acts of kindness, his strong faith and his love and devotion to his family.

Gary will be dearly missed by his daughters, Tami (Thomas) Triller and Aimee Brown (fiancé, Doug Laak); his granddaughters, Nora and Allison Triller; his partner and beloved friend, Carol Brown; sister, Deb (Rosie Buelna) Durec; brother, Jim (Cheri) Brown; nieces, nephews, other relatives; his brother Knights; and other dear friends. In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin (John Bothof) Brown.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 6400 Spring Street, on Friday March 22, 2024, 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Friday from 10:15 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Memorials to the Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Assembly 1207 have been suggested.
