Frank Billman

Frank Virgil Billman, age 65, of Paw Paw, MI passed away April 17, 2017. He was born May 25, 1951 in Pharr Texas to Juana (Vigil) Billman and the late Clarence Charles Billman. He is survived by his mother, Juana Billman, three daughters, Melinda Billman, Melissa Billman and Marlena (Bradley) McKenzie, eight grandchildren, Ubaldo, Malik, Jazmyn, Lucian, Malcolm, Brayden, Zoie and Alyssa, two great grandchildren, brothers, Roy, Bill, John, Robert, one sister, Doris and extended family, Scott (Nancy) Kistler. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Alice. Frank retired from Welch's in Lawton with more than 25 years of dedicated service. He was currently working for Mandigo Farms, a job he has truly enjoyed. Frank was very outgoing and generous, he loved a practical joke and was referred to as "Velveeta", for being a smooth talker. Family and friends are invited to gather for a memorial service on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Apostolic Lighthouse Church, 37377 M-51, Decatur.
