Ford enjoyed bowling on his senior league. He and his wife liked to go to Scotts and listen to the music and dance. He loved his rescue dog Hodgie. He treasured the time he had to spend with his son, bowling, target practicing and sneaking off to eat ice cream. Ford's most prized possession was his big black decked out Ford truck, he washed and waxed it most every week, it was the one with the wolves in the back window. He could be seen driving around Parchment wearing his black cowboy hat. There will be a graveside service and a celebration of life later this spring. Now there will be a small memorial service at Temple Baptist Church on Mt. Olivet Road on March 5, 2021 at 4 pm. Donations may be made to either the church or West Michigan Cancer Center.
