Mrs. Elizabeth “Betty” M. Jansheski, dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother, went to be with her Lord on April 19, 2015 at the age of 96. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; and great-grandson, Wyatt James. Elizabeth is survived by her children, Ken (Rosalie) Jansen, Kathy (Bill) Wyn, and Dennis (Margie) Jansheski; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren (2 expected soon); and 3 nieces. A special thank you to the staff at Georgetown Manor and Spectrum Health Hospice for the care shown to our mother. Elizabeth was active in The Legion of Mary, Sacred Heart Altar Society, and Young Hearts. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, 156 Valley Ave S.W. The family will receive visitors from 6-9 PM on Wednesday, with a Vigil Service at 8 PM, at Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes, 2120 Lake Michigan Dr. N.W. and friends may visit with her family at the church on Thursday from 9 AM until the service.
