Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Fedesna

Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Fedesna, age 49, of Falmouth Harbour, Antigua, West Indies, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2023. She was born on June 16, 1974, in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Liz graduated from Hackett High School, University of Michigan and received her Master of Architecture at the University of Oregon. She moved to Antigua in 2011. She was a dedicated Architect who had a passion for creating beautiful spaces. She started her career as an Architect Assistant at Dangerous Architecture in Chelsea, MI, before moving on to work as an Architect at MCM in Portland, OR. Liz then served as a Project Manager at the prestigious Mill Reef Club in Antigua, West Indies. She later became an Independent Project Consultant, leaving a mark on the architectural landscape.

Liz will be deeply missed by her fiancé, Johan John Polanco, her son Zachary John Polanco, her mother Sharon Fedesna, her brother Nicholas M. Fedesna, her sister-in-law Cora Fedesna, her nephews Christopher and Matthew Fedesna, and all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Nicholas E. Fedesna, DC.

A ceremony to celebrate Liz's life will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan, on May 8, 2024, at 11:00 am.
