Elaine Adams

Adams, Elaine Faith Kalamazoo Passed away peacefully Thursday night, November 19, 2020 at the Rose Arbor Hospice. Elaine was born September 14, 1925 in Dorr, Michigan to parents Glenn and Alice Myers. Elaine spent most of her life in the Kalamazoo area and enjoyed gardening, reading, traveling, and spending time with family. She also loved visiting Lake Michigan and viewing the Michigan fall colors. She was preceded in death by her sister, Laura Hanggi-Myers, and brother, Calvin Myers. She is survived by her children, Jeff (Denise) Adams and Carol Adams; granddaughter, Sarah (Dan) Schelkoph; two great grandsons, Zachary and Jeremy Schelkoph; sisters, Wilma Tays and Nancy (Jerry) Hinkley; and brother, Don (Jeri) Myers. Due to Covid19 there will be no service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Kalamazoo Loaves and Fishes or the Gospel Mission.
