Edith Lucas

Mrs. Edith Lucas, aged 70, of Caledonia, went to be with her Lord on Monday, February 19, 2007. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Theresa (Marv) VanderJagt and Sally (George) VanDriel; a brother, Siebren (Reca) DeHaan; brothers-in-law, Tyte Agema, John Eylander, Gay Young; and sister-in-law, Wilma Quist. Edith is survived by her husband, Gerald; her children, Gerry (Vickie) Lucas, Randy Lucas, Amy (Tony) Lyon, Andy Lucas, Dean (Cindy) Lucas; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Thomas (Betty) DeHaan, James (Ilene) DeHaan, Ann Agema, Florence Eylander, Evelyn (Kerwin) Boven; her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Freda Young, Herman (Agnes) Lucas, Margaret (Pete) Jimmerson, Gordon (Bonnie) Lucas, Jay Quist; several nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 22, at Dutton United Reformed Church, 6950 Hanna Lake SE, with Rev. David Klompien and Rev. Richard J. Miller officiating. Interment in Dutton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association.
