(Sparta) Dorothy Lorraine Buchanan, age 82, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, August 11, 2008 with her family at her side. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald in 2005. She is survived by her son, Larry and Pam Buchanan; grandson, Eric and Sarah Buchanan; granddaughters, Jennifer and Gerard Gole, Jacquelynn and Chad Fisk; great-grandchildren, Macie and Owen; brothers, Robert and Ella Renney, Ralph and Pat Renney, Tom and Virginia Renney; sisters in law, Sharon Renney, Pat Renney, Shirley Renney, Dorothy Buchanan, Mary O'Neil; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 14, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Spectrum Health Hospice.
