Donald G. Hinze, age 74, Kokomo, IN passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016, at St. Vincent Hospital in Kokomo. He is survived by his wife, Merle Hinze; children, Jim L. (Debbie) Hinze, Mattawan, Michigan, Tammy L. (Troy) Mooney, Kokomo and David A. (Penny) Hinze, Kokomo; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters; two sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First Church of the Nazarene, Kokomo, with Pastor David Leeder officiating. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service on Friday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation.
