Corradini, Diane Marie 11/11/1950 - 1/18/2023 Gobles Passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023. Diane was born on November 11, 1950, the daughter of Patricia and Don Corradini in Kalamazoo, MI and resided in the Gobles area for the majority of her life, with short stints in Florida and Arizona. Diane was a lifelong book lover and a librarian by trade. She served as a public librarian for 40 years in Michigan and Florida, reaching hundreds of people with her love and vast knowledge of books. Diane loved to volunteer to provide literacy experiences for all ages through community literacy nights, young adult reading competitions, supporting Friends of the Library and led multiple book clubs. She loved socializing, entertaining family and friends, baking for her family, making her famous banana bread and red macaroni, and spearheading volunteer projects that positively impacted everyone around her. She was passionate about any project she cared about and led those projects with fierce advocacy. She also loved choosing books for family members, taking pictures of family and friends, scrapbooking and creating projects from those pictures that her family will cherish forever. Surviving are her husband, Dee; her children, Kayla (Steve Cederquist) Clement and Jason (Amy Noser) Clement; and her sister, Cheryl (Rich) Rumery. She was preceded in death by her brother, Tom Corradini, in 1976; her parents, Pattie in 2019 and Don Corradini in 2011. The family will meet friends on Monday, January 23, at Gobles Chapel, D.L. Miller Funeral Home, from 4-7 PM, www.dlmillerfuneralhome.com. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 24, at 1:00 PM at Gobles United Methodist Church with Pastor Ashlei Horn officiating. Interment will follow in Robinson Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Gobles United Methodist Church or to Gobles Public Schools - Elementary Books.
